1) Woman on top
To control your ejaculation, you need to remember that ejaculation is provoked by the speed and force of your thrusting, so the key to delaying ejaculation is to decrease the speed and force of your thrusts. When a woman is on top, there is minimal sexual stimulation of your penis. You don’t thrust; your woman does. However, she should do so SLOWLY. This sex position is perfect for both partners and leaves plenty of time to enjoy each other before orgasm.
2) Sitting
Sitting positions are great too. A good one for a man is sitting on the edge of the bed with his feet on the floor. She then wraps her arms around your neck and her legs around your waist. The result is face-to-face intimacy, simultaneous pleasure, and long-lasting sex because in this sex position you also avoid intense penis stimulation.
The sexual positions where all the “work” is done by the man, such as all the variations of man-on-top (missionary) and rear entry (doggy style), should be avoided if premature ejaculation is a problem. If you and your woman really prefer these positions, save them for last, preferably after she has had an orgasm and you're ready to finish. However, iff you do start with one of these positions, be sure to thrust DEEPLY and SLOWLY. When you get deeper inside her, your penis enters a wider area of her vagina and the sensitive penis head is not stimulated as much.
Another technique is rotation: press your pubic zone against her and wriggle slightly every time that you feel the urge to ejaculate. The level of your excitement will be decreased after a few seconds with this technique so that you can restart thrusting. My post Use the Friction Zone to Bring a Woman to Orgasm during Intercourse expands on this technique.
In addition to sexual positions, there are a couple of other delaying tactics you can try. Breathing is another method of arousal control. Simply taking three long, deep breaths is enough to direct blood flow away from the penis after which you can start thrusting again. An Effective Tantra Breathing Technique to Prolong Sexual Intercourse by Jennifer Lawless describes an even more powerful breathing exercise for delaying ejaculation.
Another thing you can do is perform Kegel exercises, because the pelvic muscles form the base for the male reproductive system. When the PC muscles are strong, they help to achieve complete control over ejaculation. Michael Paladin's post Exercise for Harder Erections contains the most complete program I've seen anywhere.
